I offer a wide range of physiotherapy, manual therapy, and exercise treatment options for a multitude of conditions. Please have a look at my services page to determine which service is most appropriate for you.

No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist. However, if you have been referred by a GP or other health practitioner, please email or bring to your appointment any relevant referral letters, scan reports, or other paperwork.

Yes I do! If you have physiotherapy as part of your extras cover on your private health insurance, you can claim back for any physiotherapy or Telehealth sessions.

The amount of rebate depends on your insurance and level of cover. Please contact your provider to determine specific rebate amounts.

Yes, I accept CCMP (Chronic Condition Management Plan) referrals. These will need to be organised with your GP prior to your session, and eligibility depends on meeting certain criteria.

Please note that according to the rules set out by Services Australia, you will still need to pay for the session in full on the day, after which we will organise the rebate to be paid directly to you. Please discuss with us prior to your session if you have further questions or concerns.

I do accept certain third party compensable clients; however, this is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss further.

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. I accept cash or card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), or bank transfer (for Telehealth appointments only). Please note there is a 1.1% surcharge on all card payments. 

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours notice (24 hours for a home visit) to give me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to someone else. In the event of a late cancellation or a non-attendance, a cancellation fee may be issued.

Loose, comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement and gives me the best visibility and access to the area(s) of concern (e.g. a pair of shorts for lower limb treatments) is recommended. When applicable you may be asked to disrobe partially or to your underwear; please advise me if you are not comfortable with this.

An initial physiotherapy session is up to 45 minutes and subsequent sessions 30-45 minutes, depending on the complexity of the issue(s).
